I’m not sure we need a Black steve jobs. We need Black pioneers to be different and take different routes to success. I like the discussion on Black in tech though. We need more of that.
We really need to do more mentorship among Black youth to get them more involved in the IT arena. This could bring a whole new generation of Black techies and entrepreneurs.
