A neophyte to the blogging world yet known as being opinionated, writing has always come as second nature to me. As blogs have become more sophisticated (less about venting over the humdrum existence of the obligatory nine to five and evolving to a platform where many people seek both news and entertainment), it’s only fitting that I take part and put my spin on things.

I offer social commentary on various issues and topics within our community. Some may be controversial, some lighthearted- but it’s always meant for an open dialogue. As I continue to grow, so will the things I blog about, but I’ll always remain the Brooklyn born & bred, expressive Black woman with a lot to say.
