Articles: Journalists who are interested in writing articles, or producing audio and video stories for PULL Magazine must adhere to standard journalistic principles in an effort to inform, educate and entertain our readers. Submissions must be multi-sourced,(unless authorized by staff editor) factual and (of course) original. Do not send us the story you wrote about Big Foot for your local newspaper or blog.
Commentary: PULL Magazine wants to encourage direct duologue from community leaders and policy-makers to our reading audience. To facilitate that communication, we encourage community leaders to submit commentary about the issues impacting their field of endeavor.
For example, a school superintendent or the executive director of a non-profit tutoring program discussing the importance of public school financing in eduction. Another example is an elected official respected labor/political leader discussing the pro’s and con’s of legislation.
Guest Blogger There are many talented bloggers in the blogosphere who quite frankly, need more exposure. This is a win-win situation. Our PULL Bloggers can’t blog for 24/7 (or can they?) and from time to time, we will need a relief pitcher to pick up the slack. This is an open invitation for any bloggers out there who wants to expand their audience and who will challenge our readers to think. Who knows, we may ask you to join our starting rotation.
